Imagination can transform your reality.
If you’d only use it.
I have always had a powerful imagination.
Growing up I was bullied… a lot. And I played alone in my world of magic and beauty.
As a trauma “thriver” as I like to say (survivor sounds so bleh) the right side of my brain flourished while the left side…. well.. didn’t.
As a result my creativity and imagination bloomed wildly without the left brain to balance things out.
While I always enjoyed a boundless imagination, I rarely used it for more than an escape from the stress of life.
Until now.
As an adult I have been nurturing my left brain and inviting it into the crazy world I have created for myself.
While one might think that would harm my imagination it actually took it to a whole new level.
I realized that my imagination was actually pointing to areas of my real life that were obsolete and needed some help.
I began to use my imagination as a sort of compass in my real life to help me discover my purpose.. you know, the big “Why?” of it all.
Why am I here?
Why do I like these things?
Why do I hate these things?
Why does this scare me?
Why do I love Harry Potter?
The answers to those questions helped me to discover my passion for sharing knowledge and helping others like me get their life back.
In this video I explore the process of using my imagination in this way while exploring the real life version of my favorite childhood (and let’s be honest – adulthood) fantasy… the magical world of Harry Potter!
